Men of Ashtead (and beyond). On Monday, 5th December 2022, from 7.45pm at the Dell Centre, Shed Time will be hosting ‘Monday Night Kitchen’. It’s our Prix Fixe Menu : A Michelin-Star Christmas Special.
That’s because this Christmas we are delighted to welcome Michelin starred chef Tony Fleming to Shed Time. Tony is Executive Chef at Le Pont de la Tour and has previously worked for Marco Pierre White and Richard Neat.
He’ll be giving us the inside story on what it takes to become Michelin starred. We’ll hear of the sacrifices and stresses Tony has endured to get to the top of his field as he talks us through his journey from poached egg on toast to Roast Challans duck with confit leg sarladaise, cime de rapa and blackcurrant sauce.Tony will treat us to a live demonstration of him filleting, cooking and serving up his signature turbot dish. He’ll also be answering your questions, so come armed with your cooking conundrums.
As ever, Shed Time is a free community event for men of all ages. There will be beer (free), BBQ (also free) and other men to chat to (yep, that’s free too). Looking forward to seeing you there.
